I loved the name Aiden for a girl when I was pregnant. I'm not sure if this was before the Sex Aiden, but I know it was before it became waaaay popular- for guys. Unfortunately I didn't consider names much when I was pregnant and am not sure I can be of much help... There's a book called something like "beyond jennifer and jason, (someone) and madison" which has a lot of good names according to "genre" which may be a good option for you. good luck
i need help too!! i'm also having a girl. so anymore girl names.... or even middle names would be good. my bf likes kayleigh and i like it, but i dont love it because it is getting to be very popular at least in my area. i liked madison when i was younger but its also extremely popular now.
I just found this board and am stunned that my baby name is on here!! My girl is due in September and we are naming her - i've had this name for a couple of years and haven't really seen it until now - too funny!!
Gaia and Alix are my favorites...I would also totally name my child Lilith if I hadn't named my cat Lilith when I was fourteen. Naming a child after a pet seems like a bad idea.
Urm girl names i like are: Tayissa, Taya, Jacinta, Bella/Isabella, Sienna, Eliahna, Siobhan (pronounced Shivon), Eboni and Amber. Good luck and i hope you find a name you like!!
don't mean to steal this thread from the original poster, but i found out awhile ago that i'm having a baby girl too and i liked some of your girl name suggestions and was wondering if you guys had anymore?
right now i have:
briley. it means noble, strong.
or
evelyn. it means lively, pleasant.
the meaning behind a name is something pretty important to me. so if anyone knows any names that would fit a, so far, active and strong baby, let me know! another meaning i like, but can't find really any names for is "laughter". my baby's brought a lot of love and happiness into my life so far, so i'm hoping for a spunky name for her.
i hate picking out names..lol. I actually have a lot of girl names I like. When i find my list of names (they are packed somewhere) Ill give ya some. For this baby Im naming if a girl Amaiyah Tayanna, and a boy Tayveon Haden...but im sure they will change
