so of course his daddy is coming home tommorrow from AIT and hasnt seen him in months.. SO now Alex is going to be all bruises.. And His auntie and cousins are going to see him this way...:) :cry:

Eric always seems to fall and get bruises or scrapes in very visible places (usually his face) whenever he is going to get pictures taken or when we are going to visit relatives...
it's so weird that kids always seem to get some sort of facial bruise or scrape right before your whole extended family will see them, or a speak occassion is coming up.
for instance, lucy knocked her head the other day because she's learning to walk and also retaining that "i must throw myself backwards at all possible opportunities" thing, and she got a HUGE black eye right before picture day. she was at my mom's house when it happened and when i first got there to pick her up, even i thought someone had punched her. i can't even imagine what the teachers at her preschool thought the next day, which was, of course, picture day.

well he's still pretty darn cute! Is that broken skin? If so, are ya using childrens polysporin on that to help avoid a scar?
My boy pulled a lamp down and had two big burns on his face for his first birthday.
use ICE! it will help with the swelling.
here are the most recent pictures . I keep putting triple antiboitic cream on it . ! I don't want him to have a scar!!!
That looks really sore. :( I hope he feels better soon.
(oh and he probably won't scar... my bf burnt on the chin with a cigarette and I had a huge red dot for weeks... but it's gone now.)
I dont think that will scar. Kids hurt themselves all the time, and very few injuries leave scars. (At least in my experince).
Btw, your kid has gorgeous eyes!

Cae is all banged up in his school pictures, he looks like he got clawed across the face.
