She hasn't been around much lately and probably won't be on for a little bit longer due to the fact that she's going into surgery on friday. She's having her large intestine/colon removed because she has ulcerative colitis and it isn't responding to treatments so surgery to remove it is the only cure for it, she told me.
She asked me to make a post just to let you guys know what was up. Here's what she posted on myspace, might as well quote her..

I don't know any of the details but wish her luck and strength and a quick recovery so she can feel better and get home to that gorgeous baby!

I have a family member who has gone thru the exact same thing. I hope her recovery is speedy and as comfortable as possible.

I just saw this one. First off i just wanted to say thank you all for caring so much. It breaks my heart in a good way to see how much support I've had, and how many people care.
Now, I wanted to let you all know where I am, since some of you asked. I went to the Cleveland Clinic Florida because they are world famous for their care.http://www.clevelandclinic.org/florida It is 3 hours south of where I live, just outside of Ft. Lauderdale, so my mom, dad, and Olivia have been living in a hotel down here since Jan. 28. My siblings and friends have visited, my sister has been here almost everyday. She just went back to work last week.
I forgot to add in my other post that possibly within 2 weeks I'll be able to get out of here, but I'll probably end up back in my hometown in a rehab facility for a little bit. I have to relearn sitting,eating,breathing,walking,talking,everything basically

Last I saw on her myspace someone said she had pneumonia (sp?) and I think that was after she came back and updated, so I'm kind of worried and wondering what's going on.
