I'm 7 weeks pregnant, due near end of September.
I've already worked it out with the bossfolx so I know I can postpone post secondary til Sept 08.
I quit smoking a few days ago, cold turkey, haven't snuck one since, but then again it was pretty easy for me to quit cold turkey with Trey too so I doubt there'll be a problem.
I have morning sickness up the arse, all day every day, and bad food adversions with little to no cravings.
My worst part so far is like my last pregnancy I'm starting to get sickened by coffee. Now those who know me know that coffee is my lifeline, it's the only way I get my arse out of bed in the morning and I usually have 5-6 cups each morning (when I'm not pregnant). I'd like to stick to a cup each morning, cause 2-3 cups a day is fine in pregnancy, but the smell is really sicking me out. Last pregnancy it got so bad if I even walked by someone with a drip coffee I'd have to run and puke. So let's hope it doesn't get to that.
WHAT!!?! that was totally unexpected!! How cool!!! I'm so excited for you!!! Congrats momma. I hope the morning sickness subsides so you can drink you coffee again. I'm a coffee person too!!! :D
Heh, it was completely unexpected for me too, I wasn't planning on having another one until 2009 when I was done school, this is a birth control baby. The SO and I talked for a little over a week about what we wanted to do, he's always been cool with abortion, but we figure if my work is okay with holding off another year, I'm totally okay with having another babe ;) So I'm excited now. :)[/img]

Last time I was pregnant I still didn't want to lay off the caffiene, cause I love caffiene and it's still safe in smaller amounts. The girls in the coffee shop experimented and created a yummy iced soy latte for me every morning. (I know those already exist, but iced lattes were always really gross to me, especially once you put soy in it, but they switched soy brands to a yummier one and started making it in new ways to see which I could stomach, then started making those for me every day)
But those girls are gone, and the new ones aren't nearly as nice, so I'm not sure what I'll do if I stop being able to stomach drip coffee again.

Could you stomach tea? It might still give you the caffeine you need without the coffee smell. I know when I was pregnant I tried to quit coffee because I thought it was bad, and I had a headache for a week from caffeine withdrawal. My midwife told me not to torture myself and just limit my intake. I dont know what I would do if I couldnt drink it because that withdrawal headache wasnt showing any signs of going away after a week. Yikes! And congrats on quitting smoking, I'm a smoker and I know how hard that can be!
