i'm just trying to get an idead...do you think that would be more than min. wage? it doesnt list the wage and im curious if it would be worth it to apply since its kind of in my field. and i just got notice that i have a subsidized daycare spot ( yay!) so now i can earn a bit of money this summer. but i dont know... it would have to pay at least $10/hour for it to be worth it...

I'm not sure about Toronto but I would say at LEAST $10 an hour Cdn. I've worked as an entry-level receptionist in two different companies and both paid me $10/hr, one in BC and one in Alberta.
Most jobs like that start at around $9-10/hour, and usually government jobs pay more...not to mention you'd get more paid holidays than most people as well as a really goof benefits package. I would definately apply.
I would definetely apply Hun.... entry level, Gov't jobs ahave really good wages, and like the pp said, good benefits, and if you have some education or experience in the area, you can probably get a bump up...
I'd go for it if I were you!!!!!
ok awesome. thanks guys!
