How do you lose weight?
Cos i determined to go on a diet!!!
haha... But in a way i cant resist the food oh my.
Okay, here's the thing..
Do you know how to lose weight without affecting the breast goes smaller?
When i was 14, i go on a diet, from 70+kg until now, 58kg and i am 170cm tall. And i need to lose more weight to look more slim and firm and of cos healthy. So i felt that my breast is abit small for my size because i on diet too early i guess.
What food did you usually eat when u go on a diet? oatmeal? fruits? no meats? veges?
I did aerobics to lose weight, will aerobics make my body or legs looks too over strong and tough that kinda feelings? what exercise u do? yoga? swimming? anyway to teach me to lose more weight? ^^ thanks. :)
