ok, there have been a million threads about breast leakage and all that, so i know its normal, but i thought colastrum (sp?) was a yellowish color?? i woke up with a spot on my shirt and i squeezed my boob (tmi?) and a teeny bit of liquid came out (it was clear, & sticky) I figured it was normal but everytihng i read said colastrum was yellowish.... hmmmm any input??
**also, i forgot add, (doesnt really go with leakage BUT it goes with the boobs....) my ribcage hurts like a mofo... my bras hurt me so bad and i bought bigger ones...i dunno, so my questions are... 1)was i leaking colastrum (it was clear and sticky) and 2) why does my ribcage hurt so bad?
It's most likely clostum mine was like that too not yellow but clear, I told my ob about that and he said thats what it was. Your ribcage is hurting because its streching to make room for the growth of the fetus. When Cheyanne was growing mine hurt so bad that I was crying, all I say is just to wait it out. Dang, I've been leaking clearish, whitish, yellowish liquid for awhile now. My new best friend? Nursing pads. Don't worry about. :D

I leak now too!! LOL! It is clear and maybe can be yellowish. Mine is clear and only leaks once and a while. It is normal.
