This is so horrible and wrong. What a blatant disregard for this woman's human and reproductive rights. I hope the mother wins the lawsuit, but this never should have happened. She can never get her daughter back. It should be illegal to make pregnancy a violation of perole.
Wow that is fucked. How can it be okay to make it illegal to get pregnant, seriously. Sadly the state seems to think that if you have committed a crime, you are effectively signing away your constitutional rights even after you have served the jail or prison sentence.
