hey everyone, i was just wondering if any of your babies grind their teeth and if so what do you do? he's only 11 months old and has 5 teeth, but he grinds them super hard and i can't imagine it's good for his teeth. i dont want to keep the binky in his mouth all the time so any suggestions for stopping this would definately be appreciated. i'm not sure if he does it while he's sleeping but i know he does when he's awake!! :?
Brayden did this when he got a few teeth. I think it was just because it was something new. He did it for a while then stopped. If you are really worried about it make an appointment with a dentist and have him take a look. He will be able to see if he is doing any damage.
Unfortunately there's really not much you can do about that. :(
Tyler went through the teeth-grinding phase and he still does it occasionally, but I think they do that because those teeth are new to them and they're still figuring them out.
Kailey bites on tons of stuff..especially wood or other hard objects. I'm always afraid she's gonna chip her teeth but like other mommas said I think it's just a phase ;)
