Anyone used diet pills and had good results? In the past year I have gained 30 pounds, with no change in my diet. And it seems like I'm still gaining. I want to lose weight b/c I can't afford to buy an all new wardrobe. I only have a handful of shirts that fit and two pairs of pants. Thanks for any help!

I tried Stacker 2 strictly by the instructions (with meals, with exercise) and ended up passing out in a public place.. thank goodness my Mom was with me. I was also really nervous the whole time... shakey... heart speeding up when it wanted to. I still have issues to this day from taking them.
I think I lost about 15 pounds, but it totally wasn't worth it. I could've lost that in a couple of months without compromising my body.
i do not think diet pills are a good idea.
Why not try eating more fruits and vegetables, being active 30 minutes a day, stretching, having fun with your kids, playing.
You say you've gained weight with no diet change? Then I would see a doctor right off the bat, it could be anything from your birth control, a thyroid problem, or something else.
Please reconsider using diet pills, I've heard nothing but horrible things about them.
Yeah, I've heard nothing but bad things too, but I thought I'd get everyone else's input and see if anyone had any good results.
I know my mom had her thyroid removed when I was really little, so maybe I have a thyroid problem too. I guess maybe I'll go to the doctor and see what they have to say.

I have tried many diet pills and now I have about 5 half empty bottles that I keep forgetting to throw away!
They don't work IMO, and plus they make your heart race like crazy! Anyways just eat healthy, drink a lot of water, and try to walk and/or exercise.
Please don't do it! They'll make you sick, and the long-term effects are bad
I tried trim spa for about 2 months. I didn't lose any weight. Maybe 2 pounds. I sometimes felt more full but I think it might have been the massive amounts of water they tell you to drink with the pills. I couldn't sleep if I took any past 5pm. I wouldn't recommend diet pills. I don't think they work. Nothing over the counter anyway.
