Okay something happened today that really scared me. I was at walmart with my sister and brother-in-law and we were just walking around shopping and all of a sudden I started feeling weird like i was going to pass out. I told her i was going to go sit in the truck because i didnt feel good, she was getting the keys and then i just couldnt see much anymore. My brother-in-law was helping me walk but i was so weak and couldnt see and reallyyy pale and sweating, so i sat on a bench and i took some sips of water... I slowly started seeing clear again. I feel okay now ... just nautious and I have a headache like before this happened but it just really scared me! I will call my doctor tomorrow but has anything like this happend to any of you ?

Yes one time I was at an outdoor concert in the hot sun and on my way to find the porta potty my vision just went black and I felt really dizzy, nauseous, and weak. Someone helped me to some shade and gave me some water and I slowly started to feel better. I think it was either too much sun or dehydration or something. But I wasn't pregnant.
that's happened to me a couple times, but then when i call and go to see my doctor, everything is fine.
it's just one of those things, i guess.
the only advice i could really give you is to stay hydrated.
Okay thanks guys I just wanted to make sure that it was normal. I hadnt drank anything today because so many things still make me sick, maybe that was it. But i feel better knowing its happened to others.
crackers and water, or whatever you can stomach... you gotta keep stuff in your belly,and hydrated for sure!
I've had that happen a few times...one time I actually passed out. I was at a horse show and was all dressed up in my black coat, tall black boots, black helmet. It was a hot summer day and I just hadn't gotten to getting anything to drink yet...I was just standing there, got really dizzy, things went black...and down I went. That was heat exhaustion.
Another time I had blood drawn for a cholesterol test for my college health class. I got halfway down the hall and go super nauseous, things went black. I sat down next to a garbage can and waited for the feeling to pass.
I've had it happen other times too, but I just sit down and wait for it to pass and then get some water into me!
Yes, this same thing happened to me twice when I was pregnant! I don't know why--I know it's REALLY scary!
You should call the doctor. I had headaches and saw spots, and my blood pressure was high, which can become preeclampsia. It is probably nothing, but please call your dr.!
I get dizzy like that when I am in malls, or busy places...i get over-croweded and feel really hot. It ususally happends when I have been standing in one spot too long. I also get that a lot when I dont eat, and my blood sugar has gone down. I talked to my doctor about it, and its pretty normal during pregnancy. Too be on the safe side, get your blood pressure and stuff checked next tiem it happends.
