Hi Everyone,
I am an older mom, 34 (soon to be 35), with two wonderful children (ages 9 and 5). Though I didn't have them in my teenage years I did have them while unmarried. I had a pretty rough first few years but tons of support.
I was a single mom up until last year so I can relate to many of the experiences and issues that single moms face. I am here to be an encourager, as my nickname implies. I will try to keep up with the post and answer questions that come up about parenting. I don't know everything, but what I know I am willing to share.
Kids are greats and I believe that moms are the best example they can ever have. It's nice to meet you all!
