How long is the mini pill effective once I stop breasfeeding. I am going to go to a health clinic to get a year supply of BC free, but if I stop BFing before the year is up, will the pill still be effective or do I need to go to regular BC. Is the mini pill only for BF mothers or can anyone use it because I don't want a high dosage of hormones while on the pill,.. my body does everything it is supposed to do just fine:)
Anyone can use the mini-pill, don't worry. It will still work after you've weaned as long as you're taking it according to the directions.
I got prewg on the mini pill 5 months after I stopped nursing.
