ok am 35 weeks along today i started feeling pain in my stomach like mentral cramps am wondering if its preterm labour braxtion hicks maybe last for like 45 sec and were about 3 min aprt so am just wondering need advise.
I think you should contact your OB or midwife on weather or not you should head down for assessment.
If you can't get ahold of her/him and are really concerned, just go in. You wouldn't be the first woman to get sent home, and really, better safe than sorry!!!
If they're very sporadic and go away if you change positions and such than it's probably Braxton Hicks. But if you have any doubt call your dr or midwife.
I'm 28 wks and have been having Braxton Hicks for a week or so...some of them do make me stop in my tracks for a moment.
Am not entirely sure. Maybe you should ring your midwife or OB? Isn't 35 weeks around the time braxton hicks make themselves apparent?
