hey am 39 weeks along and am just wondering is there any way to induce labour naturally. i've been having sex but i guess its not working i've been having contraction since like almost 2 weeks now and i went to my doctor and told him but says i can have baby at ant time and that am fine aand my blood pressure is a little 120/90.another thing have any of you guys experience diarreha during the last trimester of pregnancy that kindda of being happpening to me. my doc says on due between the 16- 20 of this month but so anxious.

walk walk walk. and remember that babies come when they're ready.
some people will tell you to try spicy foods but i wouldn'r reccamend it. you really don't want a sour tummy or loose bowls when you're pushing!
you can always try red raspberry leaf tea which is a uterine tonic. When you're sitting in front of the TV you can do hours of nipple stimulation, which is supposed to help.
There is not much you can do. Some things, like sex, nipple stimulation, mineral oil, etc are said to help but it wont make a difference if your body is not ready.
A baby can be born normally 2 weeks before or AFTER your due date. My daughter was born 8 days after mine.
i lot of people get diarrhea right before they go into labor. so maybe you're already almost there! be patient! i know it's so hard. i was induced the day after my due date because i couldn't take it anymore. but i don't recommend 13 hours of labor on pitocin unless you get really desperate.
Yea you have to remember babies don't have calendars and clocks with them on the inside so they don't know when they are supposed to be out - they make their own choices. Just enjoy having your baby this close to you becuase once it's out it will never be quite the same. Hope these last couple of weeks are going good for you though and that you are getting heaps of rest and relaxation.
I would like to second that a due date is an estamate two weeks before or after the date that they give you. Eric was 11 days late. So if your dd comes and goes without the baby coming, don't be surprised!
Really nothing helps if its not ready to come. But you could try evening primrose oil, or raspberry leaf tea, those are both supposed to help. Good luck, hope you enjoy your last few weeks of pregnancy!
