At the centre where I work, there are a few children with mild to severe fetal alcohol syndrome. I've learned a few things about the disorder already, but I'm wondering if anyone has any good information about it, or how best to educate children who have fetal alcohol effects....etc.etc.
i seam to remember some interesting info in dan savages "the kid" he listed his references at the end of the book if i'm not mistaken.
a while ago i was in a type of day treatment and there was an 11 year old there with fetal alcohal syndrom and just from observing (i am very into behaviors and phycology and that kind of stuff) how he interacted and stuff id say you just have to be very very patient with them and give alot of encouragment.
