October Update!

I guess I'm next!

I've been MIA for awhile now. BD and I have been seperated for about four months now. It's had its ups and downs. Last night all papers were signed and today I turn them into the court house. *breathe of relief* I am living in a three bedroom apartment with two amazing room mates, one whom is sort of interested in a relationship. We'll see how things go. I don't need someone in my life right now to make me happy.

Kade is doing wonderful. He'll be two in less than a month. I can't believe it. Time has gone by so fast. He talks, and runs, and jumps, and is an actual little person now. With a very short temper! haha.

I have an amazing job and my co-workers are to die for. :-D I just got my internet hooked up, so HELLO GMS!!!!!! I've missed you all!

Oh yes. And today is my 19th birthday. Hello Canada!

I started what should be my last year at a community college, I should graduate with my associates in ECE in May 07. I'm in 4 online classes right now (math, school age programming, infant/toddler care, and cognitive curriculum).

I gave birth in June and I cannot believe he'll be 4 months in less than a week. He's a smiley, beautiful boy and I feel so happy to have him in my life. My 3 year old is also a smiley, beautiful girl and she's enjoying becoming a "big girl" in preschool but hates the potty and refuses to use it (any advice? :D). They keep me busy during the day but I wouldn't have it any other way.

Ahh not october already? Time is flying.
Eric turned 2 in august so he is now a big boy and all over the place... whoever said the hardest part is when they are newborns never had a toddler! lol
I am back for my 2nd year of school, nothing too exciting this semester, pretty much my classes are ok but a little dull, working on my general req's andhopefully by fall semester in 2007 that will be out of the way so I can start working hard on my major womens studies! Still planning on going to law school but I am working on getting my gpa up right now.
Eric and I haven't seen bd in several months and that is great but he gets out of prison soon so we'll see how that all goes :shock:
Also I turned 20 in september... I'm not a teenager anymore :( lol but I am enjoying life for the most part right now! So lets hope it stays that way!

Cae is 22 months old. I started my first year of college in August. It is so much harder than I expected. I can't seem to find enough time to do things. I have a new house mate who doesn't pay rent but helps out with Cae so much. I haven't had time to do any activisty stuff since school started, but I am sure I'll adjust and get back into it.

My resolutions for this month are to start taking learning Spanish more seriously. Swing with cae outside for at least a little bit every day. Work on sign language with Cae. And ride my bike to school more (which means getting up on time)!

Cae is awesome these days. He has a bit (pun intended) of a biting problem, but I think he's getting better. He is really in to cats and ducks. His most used signs this month are "hot", which he uses for food or the weather, "cat" he is soooo into cats lately, and as always "eat"

We've slowed down a lot on using the potty. I am just so swamped.

He is also at the point where he will try and mimic words you say. It's awesome because now he's saying words like "apple" and "watermelon".

lets see October already! Alexa is amaizing, she has been potty learned for over a month now, and just started wearing underwear at night! She is pretty silly, and loves music.
I started a CNA class last month, and so far that is going well, we had our first test on the first 8 chapters last weekend and i got a 92%.
I have a new boyfriend, this guy is seriously the most respectful guy i have ever met. Its amaizing how much crap i was taking before from guys.
Alexa's BD likes to think he can hit on me when he remembers to wake up on time for his visitation with her. I'm wondering how much longer this will last.

well me and BF have been together 6 months. im 8 weeks pregnant with my 2nd! Andrew is 2 now (turned 2 in August). My job is going shitty as usual but atleast im still here! lol.

My bf turns 26 this month and i want to do something special because for my 20th birthday in June he took me to Niagara Falls. But a night alone together i think would be good!

hes great with my son and so excited for the new baby to come in MAy! :)

DS will be three this month. feels like time goes by way to fast. i'm in school and falling wayyyy behind on my work. i'm also working two jobs and busting my ass. but i guess it will be worth it in the end.

This month I turned 23. I feel so old, lol.
I also started going to school for court reporting. It's not exactly what I pictured myself doing, but it's ok. It's a lot harder than I expected, though.
The kids are doing ok. Jackie and Ben started school in August and are doing well. Jackie will turn 6 in November and Ben will be 5 in January. I can't believe how big they've gotten. The baby is not such a baby anymore. He's 17 months now, and he is so big and hungry. He's always hungry, haha.
Things with my bf are going very well. Everything is going well (for now) and I'm really glad for that.
I'm just really tired. It seems like I never have enough time to do all the things I need to do.

October. Eeh =b I love October. I love Fall, and Oct gets me one step closer to winter, and winter is my favorite season. I hate summer, and I hate heat, so I'm glad it's starting to cool down.

Work is hectic, as usual, but I guess it wouldn't be work if it weren't.

I'm going to the oral surgeon today, my jaw has dislocated 3 times since Aug 1. That's a pain in the arse.

And the biggest part of the month I suppose, is the fact that T turns 3 at the end of Oct. I don't like that!! He's not supposed to grow up, and he's getting so old and sassy.

Time is seriously flying by. It seems like life gets set on fast forward when you have kids...I don't like it. I can't believe kennedy is 13 months old. I get sad when I remember how little and dependent she used to be. She used to have all the time in the world to cuddle, and now I'm lucky if I can catch her before she runs away from me. :cry:

She says tons of words. She loves to make animal sounds (especially duck and cow) She loves music and dances all day. Her new thing is pointing out people's noses while having her finger in her own. :D Ehh.. she does so much stuff I can't even keep track of it all anymore.

As for me, I started my first year of community college in August. It's overwhelming at times, and a lot harder than I expected because I come home and want to spend time with kennedy instead of working. But I totally love it. I feel like me again, like before I had kenna. Oh and I'll be 18 on halloween! heck yeah..

I can't believe how big everyone's kids are getting. I guess I never paid attention to how fast they grow before I had my own! I always rolled my eyes when adults would comment on how fast I was growing up because I always thought it was dragging by..

I met a great guy and have been with him for 6 months. Jayden is getting so big he is starting to talk in sentances now. I started school and am taking english 2 and modern american history.

I cancelled my child support from bd why bother hell never give me any money. I am slowly moving in with my bf and finally I feel as if my life with my kiddo is finally coming together. geo is a great dad to jayden and i couldnt ask for better.

October October,
Not much has happened lately, I havent seen my nephews as much as I want to (I'm in nursing school now and they live across town). However I do talk to them on the phone. My little one is now 3! and hes finally begining to talk up a storm and make long coherent sentences. My oldest lil man is 5 now and in Kindergarden, I was suprised to hear that he LOST A TOOTH!!! and that he has "another wobbley one" haha.

Everything is good except for the fact that my sister is having a hard time dealing with the death of my grandmother who raised her, so hopefully I can help her with that.

I usually dont post very often but I am a frequent lurker of girlmom for like 6 years now. I have been going to school now starting my sixth year i am hoping to get my MBA my classes this semester are pretty good except statistics :roll:
My baby Dylan turned six last month he has grown up so fast and I just want him to stay little forever. His brother will be six months old this month and is growing fast too. My birthdaughter is doing great and her birthday is at the end of October wow shell be four years old. Her parents are expecting so hopefully shell have a sibling soon.
My babies daddy is living with us and has been since January and that is always up and down but right now my life is great and I am loving the weather right now. I have a close friend coming home in December from Iraq cant wait.

I've been MIA lately but a lot of things had happened.

Elizabeth turned 3 in September and also started pre-school. I was a little worried if she'll be all right but everything's just wonderful. She loves it there and I'm just thrilled about that.

I started my third year at the Uni ... three more years to go before I'm finished. Things are really tough this year but I always managed in the end so I'm trying to have an optimistic outlook on things and hopefully everything's going to be all right in the end.

October marks over 2 months of sobriety for DH, which means that life at our house is calm and better than I ever imagined.
Let's hope it stays that way.

Matthias started 5th grade and is the big man on campus with girls coming to our door to play every ten minutes. It is really hard to come to the reality that my baby will be 10 next month. *sigh*

Malakhi is doing well in speech. He started preschool but it bored him so I am schooling him at home.

Lukey is 17 month and such a sweet boy. He's HUGE, tall enough to wear some 3T stuff. That is what you get with a dad that is 6'4 and a mama who is 5'9 I guess.

I'm doing ok. Just getting used to the fact that my Grandpa is really gone. September was spent making funeral arrangements and dealing with alot of sadness so let's hope October brings happy times.

hey ladies. i thought i'd update too. even though october is almost over. there has been alot going on with me and the Lyd kid.

It's that time of the semester, i've been feeling very depressed and after way too much group work in school, i am totally drained. I have midterms coming up this week. My parents are coming to pick up Lydia today and take her to their house for a week so that i can have some serious downtime/cramtime/party time. They are so awesome for doing this, but I feel so nervous I have never been away from her before. They live 4 hours from me, and they live in the USA. So I've been like up all night packing her and writing consent to travel forms for her, and stressing about whether or not I will be able to handle being away from her. Like, i am actually going ot get to sleep for more than six hours un disturbed this week. I can hardly even believe that!

Lydia is growing so quickly. She is almost 8 months old. She has 6 teeth, she can sit up, and drag/crawl around the house all by herself. Amazing.
I put her on formula a couple weeks ago. I originally has wanted to breastfeed her for a year. I'm still breastfeeding her in the morning and before bed, but she is getting bottles when she gets solids. I just can't keep up with the toll breastfeeding has taken on my body. I don't eat enough to make up for the amount of calories my body is using to produce milk. My body just feels awful, I'm drained, I've dropped so much weight, and just feel sick. So i'm hoping that this will help my body and brain get back on track. I'm really proud of myself for giving just breastmilk to her for this long.

This week I finally and i do mean finally, ended things with BD. It clearly isn't working between us. He's not giving anything to our relationship anymore, and it just hurts me, and i get really angry and act out, and argue with him constantly. He also isn't keeping up his end of our legal agreements. This month i was granted final custody, and he has reasonable access - however in our legal file he stated that he feels that he "can control his substance abuse". And he isn't doing very well at that at all. And as much as that can have affect on him and his parent rights, it also affects our relationship negatively, and you know. I'm just done with that shit.

I'm not going to have LYdia for Halloween. But she is dressing up as a lamb. I hope my mom takes some cute pics of her for me. AS for me, I'm going trick or treating with my friend and her daughter. I'm dressing up as the stereotypical trashy "stay at home mom" (I don't want to offend, this is supposed to be a joke- naturally) I'm going to wear my housecoat and slippers and put a curler in my hair, and have a tabloid in one hand and a cigarette in the other. It should be fun. I hope madison gives me all the candy that she doesnt like. LIke molasses kisses and black licorice. because those are my faaaaave.

Anyways girls. That's it for me. Wish me luck this week, I'm so nervous ( about Lydia being gone AND exams.)
