Ok well..it was september 27th I was 4 days over due(worst feeling ever lol) I had a feeling that my water was leaking, cause I was having a liquid like substance happening and I new it wasnt the mucis thing.. so anyways we went into the hospital to have my water checked and omg they had to do it 3 times cause it always came up like half and half I guess so..they ended up sending me home anyways. The next morning I had a doctors appointment at 10:30. When she got in the room and asked if I had any questions I asked if she would check my water cuz it was reaallly bugging me by that time and of course I was leaking. She sent me over to labor and delivory at about 11 where I got my IV, Pitocin, and the medicin stuff for if you stepB. I was handling my contratctions really well until about 2:30 or so. Then the nurse lady took by blood so I could get my epidural and it took her atleat 6 times to get all of it hahaha wow..lucky Im good with needles, anyways after I got my epidural I slept until I had to push! wow that was releiving.. I woke up at about 11PM because the nurse wanted to check how far dialated I was and I was complete so they got everything ready and it was time!! wohoo! I honestly can say I was doing really really well...until they said her head was almost out and then I freaked!! I was like NONONO! I cant do it!! and i started crying and everything..it was nuts.. I pushed for about and hour and a half she was born september 28th 12:31AM 8lbs even 20 1/2 inches...beautiful..
now that ive gone through it and seen what happenes.. im achually considering seregancy when i get older.. weird huh?
Thanks for sharing and congrats on the new baby girl. Whenever I've had to get blood taken out, they poke me more than once too. They always have trouble getting the needle in the vein cuz something about me having thin veins. :? ugh, I don't enjoy it.
