We have them bad too. We finally got rid of them and now they're back. Uggg! The best thing that I've found is a wine bottle w/ just a little bit of wine left in the bottom. They fly in and can't get out. Nothing else I've tried works. :( Unfortunately I'm broke and can't afford a bottle of wine. So I guess I just have to deal with them until I get paid Tuesday. lol
thanks so much everyone I think I'm just gonna try everything u guys said That way maybe I can acctually get rid of all of them :) I saw one thing that said to leave something sweet out wait till they fly arround it than spray them with windex but when I sprayed them they all flew away I dont know if it killed them eventually or not ...but I havent found any dead ones yet. :(

Try pouring a little bleach down the drain in your sink. I did that when me and my fam used to live on a ground floor apartment worked preety good to

I poured bleach down every drain in my entire apartment and that seemed to help a ton!

I always get that sticky paper stuff when I get them.
