Ok, so after doing a little research I'm assuming the bleeding I'm having is breakthrough bleeding from starting the pill. Anyone experienced this? How long should I expect it to last, and how heavy should it be? Thanks. Also, does anyone know how early you can start your period after having an abortion?
I just started the pill last month (ortho cyclen), and on the 3rd week I got what I thought was breakthrough bleeding, but then it seemed it was a period that lasted through the 3rd and 4rd row of pills. It was really odd.
Breakthrough bleeding is supposed to be less than period bleeding, and I think it's pretty normal for the first few months of starting new pills. I wouldn't worry about it.
