My boyfriend has a 2000 neon which is in his name. And he has car insurance. But he refuses to try and get his license and also doesn't wear his seatbelt. He is taking a risk every day. I worry about him sometimes :(

How do you get a car and insurance in your name with no license?
He'll have to learn for himself because there's really nothing you can do. Hopefully he won't get in trouble.
Some states allow a car to be registered and insured under a minor's name if it's going to be their car.
I knew a girl in my hometown that used to drive her boyfriend's vehicle around town all the time without a license. The police were aware of it but always unable to catch her in the act.
He had gotten the insurance in his baby mama's name. That was about 4 years ago. I guess they assume he has a license. And he has been pulled over like 2 times since we have been together. I had been in the car with him one of those times, and he got pulled over for forgetting to turn his lights on. I think they let him go, because I had a license. It frustates me that he wont even take his permit test. And thats supposed to be the easy part!
I know how frustrating that can be. My SO has been driving with a suspended license for almost a year now. So he has no insurance and is completely excluded from my policy.
OMG..I dont mean to offend anybody but the fact that these people are driving around with no license makes me so angry!
In my eyes, it is just as bad as driving while intoxicated or under the influence. I dont like the idea of sharing the road with someone who dosent even have their license. What if there was an accident and they hurt someone?? That is something they really should consider. They could get fined big time if they were caught, or jail time.
Like I said, I dont want to piss anyone off, but as someone who shares the road with them, I have the right to be angry.
Not to mention if there is no insurance on the vehicle, they could be suied big time by the other party involved...and that costs way more than any insurance premium!
Beleive me.. It pisses me off too and has been a bone of contention in my household for as long as we've known about it.
I was hoping you wouldnt be mad at me for saying that, because I am not implying that your SO is a bad person, but driving without a license is dangerous. Obviously that means he shouldnt be driving for a reason. I just hope he never gets pulled over or in an accident or anything like that or else he will be majorly screwed.
I know though, that it is his decision to do it this way and you cant stop him.
