Well I have been getting numbness in my right wrist and elbow which I had attributed to my shoulder having been hurt in a car accident a few years ago... That possibly it was pinching a nerve... what do you think??
And now the area below my thumb (that cushy spot) and my wrist have been killing me... wtf??? Am i falling apart??? I didn't do anything to my shoulder or my wrist... ughhhhhh help!!!
ps - my new insurance doesn't cover my orthopedist anymore so i can't see him :(

How is tendenitis different from carpal tunnel?
Tendinitis is inflamation of the tendon. It's most common in hips, knees, elbows, shoulders and wrists.
The Carpal Tunnel is a passageway that sheaths a major nerve & some tendons in your hand, along the edge of your palm by your thumb. When you put pressure on it, you get numbness, pain and after a long time, weakness in the hand.
It could be both for her huh, the first thing that came to my mind was carpal tunnel.
