can't get into forums.

I can't get into any of the forums, or a lot of searches. I can use recent posts and read that way, but i was bored today and just going thru old posts. I tried to search for some of my old ones and it always says access denied, or if i try to just go into a specific forum to just go thru pages it says the same thing. Am I the only one having this problem? And why can I read posts but not go into the forums?
