We bought a damn house! we put in a bid for 96500 on a foreclosure in wesley chapel and the bank accepted our offer. I am so excited I have dreamed of this day for a long time. The best part is that the mortgage is 300 cheaper than our rent. We did and fha loan so all we need to have down is 3.5 percent of the purchase price and the seller is going to pay closing costs.
Were losing two room ( we have 5 in the rented house) so now we don't have an office or a playroom anymore but it doesn't even matter to me because I am going to own it.
We close on June 19th. Lets hope everything goes gud and we sign papers!
