Ok so I met this guy he's a single father of 2..He really kool dude. I feel comfortable around him. He caring he's not perfect but idk just something about him. He's 10 yrs my senior but it doesnt bother me as much.He met dedra and she seems to like him. Ive been guys in the past before. This time it feels different we actually have conversations he litens to me Im a little nervous and scared about being in a relationship. I ve never been in a real realtionship before so Im not surte how to act and i dont want to scare him by trying to rush ne thing.So far ive just gone with the flow. Ive only know him for about 3 months so I think im just over thinking things. Ne way thanks for letting me vent......

I think taking things slow makes a lot of sense. Have you met his kids? Dating new people is fun although it can be hard not to over think everything. Good luck and have fun!

Aspecial one- 3 months is a short time but can be longer in - we have kids and aren't here to play, time. Either way, you should talk to him - not necessarily lets get married tomorrow talk, but what do you see in the future, what are your goals, kinda talk. Being able to talk openly about almost anything is the best thing in my relationship and has gotten us through so much. Its a skill we work on.
I agree with having the what do you want from this relationship type conversation. Tell him you don't expect anything you just want to know what he wants in the future.
I have been wih my boyfriend for 8 months now... I was in the same boat as you when we started dating. I was a total commitment-phob and had never really dated before. But like sherylsue said defintiely talk to him. We are still together because we have discussed what we want and have made goals together. Good Luck with everything!
