I got into it when I saw a marathon of season 5, then watched all of season 6. Since then I've watched every episode in order on DVD except for the 2009 specials that I still have to watch.
David Tennant is my favorite doctor, and Martha is my favorite companion. I could go on, but I'll wait to see if anyone here knows what I'm talking about. LOL
I do I do!!!! My son loves to wear button ups and look like the dr. and my 10 year old ia in love w all the doctors. I love David tennant too. AND my mother in law crotched us all Ood masks this winter- complete w brains!
I've never heard of it but dr shows are some of my very favorite. We are in love with Grey's Anatomy right now though. Where can I find it?
Doctor Who is not a doctor show, so you might be disappointed! It's a science fiction show about space and time travel. The main character goes by The Doctor. If you're interested, I know it's on netflix and amazon, and bbc america plays it once in a while (they're usually more reliable when it's during the season).
Sherylsue, my son went as The Doctor for halloween. Only a few people knew who he was, a lot thought he was Harry Potter because he had the light up sonic screwdriver. One little girl I overheard said "did he just say he's a doctor? He doesn't look like any doctor I've ever seen!"
Sweet! We always talk about a family theme for halloween, maybe I could convince them to be Dr. characters with me.

I've been following Dr. Who since I was a kid. It was one of the few TV shows my Mother would let me watch.
We don't really watch TV but I've caught a bit of the new series and it looks AWESOME! The best Dr. so far?!
