OK, EVERYONE IS PROBABLY GONNA THINK I'M STUPID, BUUUUT.....I HAVE A LAB CLASS THIS FALL AND I'M JUST WONDERING WHAT AM I GONNA DO IN IT? WHAT DO YOU DO IN LAB?
Pretty much what Erika said. You do experiments, fill in a lab sheet...
since I'm guessing that this is your first Lab, it'll probably be pretty easy. Really, it's nothing to worry about.
The nice thing about labs are that if you finish quickly, most profs/TA's will just let you go when you finish. I don't think I've ever stayed for the full length of the lab!

what kind of lab is it? biology, chemistry, physics...??
