I'm all set to go to nursing school in september. I think I can do it but I was just talking to my cousin and she was like "how are you going to pass nursing school when you had to drop Bio?" Thanks a lot for the encouragement there buddy. I can't stand people sometimes. It's 2 different things and I couldn't make it to class at 8:00am when josh was little and up all night. Anyone else ever fail Bio but go for a degree in the medical field? Think I can really do this?
I didn't do that.. but I do think that you can do it! :) They aren't the same things, and Josh is older now so it'll be a little easier on you. I'm sure you can do it, you'll be great :)
Good job for getting excepted in to the program. Do you still have you take bio even through you are in the program? You will do fine and Josh is bigger so it will be easir on you.

I had some bad semesters of school, and did WONDERFUL in nursing school, granted science is my best subject, but i think i failed english horribly along with other classes the semester i left bd,
there is a reason they let you take classes over and over again,

I think you can do anything you put your mind to. It's just a matter of knowing how to study effectively in an area that you're not strong in. Read through the material slowly and take notes in an outline format. Then skim through it before tests and exams. Go over your notes many times. Believe it or not, you'll become very proficient in areas you'd otherwise do terrible in when you use this method of studying. It's worked me tons of times, and I'm a horrible student in science courses!
