I ExCEEDED on my Senior Seminar Presentation that I posted about. The panel judges all gave me great compliments saying that I was very smart and ahead of the game!! =) Im soo relieved and happy! This is the best day i've had in a long time!!!

Well, their was a teacher there that has been a big support to me, and I just tried to breathe deep and pretend like the judges werent even there, but I did try to look at them, because i knew eye contact was a big thing. I have a big phobia of public speaking so for me to exceed on a presentation is a big accomplishmenta nd im so proud =) hehe

One more suggestion- next time you speak in public, try to remember how well this presentation went. It calms me downs and reassures me that last time, nothing terrible happened.
