i thought my water had broke. i still dont know what it was that i leaked, but my water is not broken. But, good news (i think)... i am 1 cm dialated and 50% effaced and the babies head is LOW... apparently my "back pain" were indeed contractions... im not discouraged anymore... anyway just wanted to let you girls know whats going on...

Wait. . .did your water break or not?
When I had my first, I was told my water did not break (they said I must have urinated) but when she was born 12 days later, she had an infection because it HAD broken.
Makes sure when you talk to your doctor you are confident that you know your body and make sure you get whatever care you think you need.

today i went for my regular weekly exam, and im now 1 and a half cm. Ryan fetus' has his hand up by his face... i walked about a mile today to speed things up. thanks for your support girls, im so excited :D

Just to let you know that I was 3 cm dialted and 70% effaced for 3 weeks. I was a week early tho. Good luck girl and I hope it happens easy and quick for you!! :)
well friday i had to go back to that damn hospital. i had called my DR cuz i didnt feel right. I was having strong, somewhat regular contractions, and i felt like i was going to pass out and throw up... the DR sent me to the hospital to get some bloodwork and all that... and everything was normal and fine. and im about 2cm dialated now... I am seriously so miserable and my legs are so swollen and..... I cant take it anymore. I hate going into the hospital thinking "ok this is it" just to be sent home. But who knows, maybe soon... ryan fetus has officially "dropped", and all that jazz... oh girls the last few weeks seem to be the worst of this whole thing... :roll:
