If your periods aren't too wacky, then you can estimate how far along you are by the date of your last period. Then you will know when you are due. Like for me - my last period started September 23rd so I am now 11 weeks pregnant and my due date is July 6th.
Anyway, congratulations on the pregnancy! I am wishing you a happy and healthy nine months. :D

Thanx for all your encouraging words ladies!! I really appreciate all the kind words!! All the old feelings of pregnancy are coming back to me I havent smoked in a while now and i feel sick every morning as soon as I wake up and just a general hazey feeling all day so yeah I'm feeling pregnant!!!
