Christmas dinner recipes- gotta be easy!

green bean casserole
cranberry sauce is easy if you buy whole cranberries and have a stove to use

for homemade stuffing-
a large loaf of cheap white bread, slices toasted
Bell's poultry seasoning
salt and pepper
milk + butter, heated until butter is melted in the microwave

Just rip up the slices of toasted bread and throw them into a large bowl. Every so often, add some milk and butter mixture to moisten, then sprinkle some poultry seasoning on.
You want the bread to be moist, but not have any standing liquid. Just bake the stuffing until its warm throughout.

You can make Baked Parmagina Potatoes!

You'll need--
3 medium sized potatoes
1 onion
3 TBSP of butter or margirene
Garlic Powder/ Pepper/ Parmigna - this you add as much as you like. I like a lot for flavour (=

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees, I don't know this in Celcius, sorry!

Thinly slice the potatoes, and place them in a thin layer into a 2 inch deep pan. You know the ones that are like 10 by 15 by 2, one of those. Or really whatever you have. It just varies in how much longer it takes to cook all of it.
Thiny slice the onion. Add on top of the potatoes.
Melt the butter, and add it on top of the potatoes and onion. I usally use like 4 TBSP of butter instead of 3, but that's just me. The recipie really only calls for 3 (=
Now choosing however much is good for you; add the garlic powder, black pepper, any other spices over the potatoes, onion, butter.
Now add the parmgina cheese! I usally add the actual cheese itself, not the Parmigna powder stuff, by "kraft". I add lots! Because, I love it to melt all over the other ingredients.

By now the oven should be preheated. Pop it in the oven, and cook for 25 minutes or until browned! Enjoy!!

Fresh bread (you can buy it premade and ready to eat at the grocery store in the deli/bakery section), sliced, buttered, and lightly sprinkled with either garlic salt or parmesan. Yummy and easy. Set your oven to 350* F, spread the butter and parmesan or garlic salt on the bread, and toast the bread for 4-5 minutes, then slice it up and put it in a bread basket or on a plate.

Green beans sauteed with bacon and mushrooms. Rub a mix of butter and thyme on the turkey. I have the best stuffing recipe, but it is long, so pm me if you want it. Mashed potatoes, gravy, veggies, rolls, etc. For the turkey, I put apple juice in the pan, instead of water, and use the drippings to make gravy.
Oh, and apple crisp for dessert.
