mah little boy/ sister conflict???

hey all,
I am having a boy this May! I have a dilemma though, Alicia can say brother, but she will say NO BUTHER! it makes me really sad. I even told her what I am naming him (Diego Javier), I dont kniow what to do...

She's only 11. Even the smartest baby can't possibly understand exactly what it means to be a big sister. I'm guessing she just likes the reaction she gets when she says "no brother"

no is a babys favorite word. you spend all your time saying no, no dont touch that, no go to sleep, its a powerful word. im sure she doesnt grasp the full meaning of it and i know she will adjust fine to being a big sister

My daughters the same age as yours and I really dont think that she really knows what exactly shes saying, ya know? I think it'll be fine!

Don't feel bad! My son is 11 months and he says no before everything! He just likes that word, but most babies do.( I think)

Like most people said she is sooo young to really understand that she is going to be a big sister. In time when she gets older and when the new baby is around she will understand.
