Well i went in for my 36 1/2 week check up, and the doctor said that i was 2 centimeters, dialated and 50% effaced. He is like directly in place to deliver. he could even feel his head! So looks like he'll be here just a little sooner =] anyways i will be 37 weeks this thursday! Mayvbe Ill have a mothers day baby! Anyways i wont be on here much. considering i only have a comp at my parents house, and my dad and I got into an arguement.
Told me to give my kid up for adoption. Long story.. but ill keep you all updated, and hope everyone else is doing great!!

thats cool. Just remember that you could stay that way for a while. Dont want to discourage you or anything tho. I bet your excited :)
wooohoooo. But, like blondie said, you could stay that way for a while... I was 80% effaced for 5 weeks and 100% effaced before I went into labor...
I walked around for 6 WEEKS 3 cm dialated and 90% effaced with Randy. I also lost my mucus plug about 2 weeks before he was born. They were worried that he was gonna come early, but uhh nope. They induced me when I was 39 weeks pregnant and my blood pressure had been sky high for a LONG time. I don't mean to discourage you, and I know these last weeks feel like they take longer than the rest of the pregnancy combined, but hang in there and try to get lots of rest, and walk walk walk and he will come out!!
i wasnt dilated at all, i was 11 days late! GOOD LUCK AND TRY TO COME BACK SOON!
like the other girls said, dilation doesn't mean much until u r actually in labor... i was 2 cm dilated and 70% effaced at 37 weeks, and he ended up being 5 days late... so it is up to ur body when it is ready and the baby is ready!! good luck though mama!!
I walked around 3cm dilated for 12 weeks with my second!
Get up & walk around alot, it helps to get things going.
Good luck, I'm about as far along as you (due between may 19 & 25) but I'm usualy a couple days "late"
I have been looking for you on AIM....my computer got a virus and I couldn't get on for a couple days.....I'm glad everything is going OK with you and Kaiden....I'll keep my fingers crossed and keeep looking for you.
