Lyric talks great, but she always asks me a question like, "We're going to your school mommy, to get your homework...." and I'll say, "that's right..." and she'll say, "NO! We're going to your school mommy, to get your homework....????" Then i will repeat whatever she said because she wants me to for some reason... she'll continue on whatever she's saying... does anyone else's 3 years old do that?

My kids don't do that, but it doesn't seem like a problem. She's talking and interacting and making connections, so I wouldn't worry. Repetition is very important to lots of kids. My daughter, for example, like to read the same books over and over.
mine did that. and then she would also ask me something, I'd tell her and then she'd ask again, sometimes again and again and again. I started turning the question around on her saying, "what did I just tell you." and then she'd repeat it. I got the impression from her that she was just looking to have an interaction with me but she couldn't figure out what else to talk about.
oh, Zoe does that ALL the time...
I will ask her what we are doing, when she starts doing it, or I just say, "Yeah., yup, you're right, ok, etc"
H does that occasioanlly when she wants to be called silly. aboy I watch, whos 4, does that, and ill be like, what did I just say??!!??!!??
lol, I dont remember doing those things
