As most of you know, a while back we asked for you all to vote for people to help out us admins by being forum mods. Our forum mods each have their own forum to moderate, bring up new or controversial topics, and try to be liaisons between the members and the admins. If you have a concern or question about something in a forum or particular member, feel free to write to either an admin OR the mod assigned to that forum. Anyway, we're really excited to get them involved so for now they're going to introduce themselves.... Welcome them!

I am a full time student downtown Minneapolis for Graphic Design. I also work as a data admin in suburb 30 hours a week. I love my kid, punk rock, grrl rock, shows, protests, animals... I am also a huge activist in pro-choice/abortion rights, animal rights, environmentalism...

Hey everyone! I'm Skylar and I am the mod of your stories forum. A little bit about me, I have a son, Eric who is 10 months old as of wednsday, I am just about to graduate from high school but I have been taking classes at a community college so I'm more of a college student, but i am still in high school. Anyway. In my spare time (what little i have) I like to spend time with my son, shop! and watch movies. I am also a pro choice activist (though not as active as i'd like to be :) ) and I work at a salon in a mall, which basically sucks but can be fun sometimes. Oh, and next year i am going to the University of Minnesota, and i *think* I want to major in women's studies, but I am not sure. I'm sure I left something out, so if you guys have any ?'s or just want to talk, pm me!
I'm Valerie, the Mod at Feed that Baby. I'm 20 (almost 21! just 21 days :D) and have a 22 month old daughter Chloe. Our nursing relationship is still wonderful and I hope that through my experience as well as the ones of other GMs breastfeeding will be a natural, doable choice for you. I also attend school full time (but have the summer off!) and plan on teaching Kindergarten.

I'm glad to be a forum moderator, because even though I'm old and privileged, I think I can offer solid advice to just about anyone. I'm not afraid to say what I think, and not afraid to apologize when I'm wrong.

hey everyone i'm emily and i'm mod-ing the Our Bodies and Sexuality forum.
i'm 26 (omfg i'm so old) and i have a 4 year old son, Aaron whom i totally adore. I'm pro-choice, I believe in equality of the sexes (all sexes!) and i'm pretty strongly sex-positive. I'd also like to think i'm somewhat knowledgeable on the subject, so if anyone has any questions that they are afraid to ask on the boards, feel free to PM me.
