They are really high right now. What do you do to help yourself and the prices of gas?
www.gasbuddy.com
really good website on finding cheap prices in your city. I work in a suburb of Minneapolis and have noticed gas is usually cheaper then actually Minneapolis.
I also drive less! Walk more places, like down the street. My bike is still in Minot, so I just drive less... walk more. Instead of driving to the lake, I will walk to a nearby park to take Lyric. Go to places closer to my apartment and/or take short cuts to work or other places.
I also don't fill my tank, I usually put $10 or $12 in b/c sometimes the prices will go down. And when they do go down - I try to fill up my tank if I can afford it.
When school starts, I will be there all day on Tuesdays, so I will take the bus more then likely - Trent can pick up Lyric at daycare... so that's good.
