Well I told my dad i was pregnant. I did it by writing him a 4 page letter because i knew that if i told him in person that i would start crying and not get to say everything i wanted to say. So he read the letter then called me ( i was at my sisters) he said that we'll work it out and he wont live forever so hes ready for another one(my sister has a 9 month old little boy).... i was sooo shocked and happy because Im only 17 and hes always been SO strict... loving but strict. Now i can be excited like i want to because Im not scared to death of what my dads reaction would be. Soo everythings better now :)

Thats great. Im very glad things worked out for you like that. Thats alot like how it hapened with me actually. Im the same age, was terrified of telling my dad whos very big on being respectable and upholding reputations, and I was sobbing incoherently while smoking on my back patio when I told him. He just told me that it was all goign to be okay, gave me a big hug, something he hasnt done since I was a little girl, and now he is my biggest suporter. He is extreamly happy and has been helping me and BD out so much. Fathers are funny like that with daughters. You never know, he might end up being a strong post to lean on when things get tough in the future.

They always shock you in the end. It makes you want to hug them :D ....and then pinch them really hard for making you worry when you didn't have to. :shock:
