I felt so bad...my 2 year old was running the other day and she was holding my hand. well she fell and i still had her hand so she hurt her arm. i had to take her to the doctor to put it back into place. i still live with my dad and he was flipping on me calling me everyname in the book. it was right in fron of her and its not fair to her. he said he was going to call CPS on me. i felt so bad...it was an accident and he acts like i ment it. shes ok it was sore for a little bit but its all better now.

YOU know you didn't do anything wrong, and that is the most important thing. things like that can happen easily to toddlers because their bones and joints are still very elastic.
You are totally right that it wasn't appropriate for your father to tear you down like that, ESPECIALLY in front of your daughter.
This smae thing happened to my son, we were crossing a busy street and he did the "go limp" thing and I had to kind of pull him up from the ground and it dislocated his shoulder. It happenes so easily with little ones.
Something similar happened to a girl at Eric's daycare. You have to be really careful after it happened once, because it is more likely to happen again.
You didnt do anything wrong. These things happen. Your father shouldnt have called you names and should have been supportive. Little ones have accidents all the time. Shes fine and your a good mama.
Dont listen too your father. Little kids get hurt ALL THE TIME. They are clumsly and awkward, and dont really realize their own bodies very much.. CPS probably wouldnt do anything if your father called them. If they took children away every time they got hurt, no one would have children.
Dont worry about it, you are a great Mom!
I hate how we feel like we have to feel guilty about accidents.
I hope she's all okay now.
you didnt do anything wrong sometimes kids fall down and get hurt we cant be there to catch them everytime the fall. you are a wonderful mother and dont let your father get you down.
